4. AI Assistant (Eva)
Eva provides general wellness suggestions based on your tracked health data. Eva's responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Eva does not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We use encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) to protect your data in transit. Access to your data is restricted through security policies that ensure only you can access your own information. - Delete: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
- Community: You can delete your own posts and comments
- Notifications: You can control notification preferences in your profile settings
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. Health tracking data is retained to provide you with historical insights and trends. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymised data may be retained for service improvement.
